| One Vinsanto of Pietrafitta

Vinsanto
"Pietrafitta" is produced
using the best Trebbiano and Malvasia
grapes, left to dry for several
months under suitable conditions.
After pressing, both the fermentation
and maturing takes place for a minimum
of five years. It is offered to
the consumer after a 6 months period
of bottle refinement.
